RECIPE
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches (unwrapped)
- 16 ounces whipped dessert topping
- 12 Oreo® cookies (crushed)
- Food dye in pastel colors (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Place a single layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Top with a layer of whipped dessert topping.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies on top of that.
- Repeat with a second layer of ice cream sandwiches, whipped dessert topping, and the remaining crushed cookies.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
- Optional: Food dye can be mixed into the whipped dessert topping to add holiday color.
- You can also get creative by adding your favorites: crushed nuts, sprinkles, coconut flakes, or other toppings!
